I’m not miserable about my kids. I’m miserable about the society that screws everyone over, including my children. So the rich can get richer.
I can’t say she’s wrong, because I don’t know who she knows. But there are plenty of happy parents out there. I’m one of them.
100% wrong.
I’ve never listed my children amongst my many failures.
They’re great, and they’re blessings.Young people without experience are cocky as shit about things they often understand much better later in life. I was. Now I have kids.
I’m a happy parent. The problem with parenting in the modern world is with both parents working and a lack of community, and family often not living nearby is that it consumes your life.
Better access to free childcare, at an early age, both daily and as hoc. Not to mention, nighttime babysitting. Having a social life is cost prohibitive and that’s what makes people happy.
