As an Xbox junkie, I want more stupid games on the Xbox platform.

But even I can recognize how bad this is for the industry.

The FTC was dumb. It presented its case as if it is a lawyer for Sony, not as a public organization defending consumer’s rights. That’s why it failed.

Props for trying… we’ve had decades of corporations growing in influence unimpeded. The government needs to step up like they did with the Robber Barons and Ma Bell.

I didn’t know Phil Spencer owned any suits… Never seems to be wearing a suit in all the promos & stuff.

It’s a dumb hill to die anyway. Their main opponent is the one hoarding exclusives, and maintaining a monopoly. Maybe FTC should’ve stepped in during GitHub / LinkedIn acquisition? Or when they were staking in OpenAI?

    Corpos gonna corpo.

    Bring back Balmer.

Then we at least can be entertained while this “money talks; bullshit walks” charade continues.
