I like promoting small-time YouTubers.
If I wasn’t a doomer before listening to this, I am now. The entire reason I went into learning software engineering was so I wouldn’t end up trapped in retail/restaurant/service hell; esp because my knees and back are already fucked enough to make the physical trades an almost non-starter.
I’d literally rather die expensively than fuck up my body pumping the numbers in someone else’s bank account.
lol I try not to go “full doomer” but things are going to get rough before they get better.
Also, holy shit, yeah, I’m trying to avoid retail with my Communications degree that I’m getting soon. I feel you, comrade. I didn’t go into software engineering, but DAMN, I don’t want to work another retail job ever again.
