Here’s their constitution any peace deal must be ratified by the people.

Which, I’m not going to say there isn’t going to be eventual concessions, those people aren’t going to vote to become a Russian state for a long time. Too much division. There are legitimate Russia supporters and there are a ton of pro-Ukrainian citizens. I don’t see how you do that, with actual democracy, for quite some time. Someone has to start losing fairly decisively sadly. I don’t see that happening for a while. A lot of people are going to die yet.

Edit: article 156 more specifically as changing borders requires a constitutional change which requires the people to pass.

  • Just for a little bit of nuance, and I don’t tend to see eye to eye with .Hexbesr users but I swear I’m not here just to fight, but, as far as I’m aware, Zelensky can’t negotiate peace if there’s a concession of land. It’s in their government somewhere. He’d need the Ukrainian people to vote for and pass such a thing. Which, I don’t see happening. So perpetual war is what we get for a while I guess. Lovely.

  • trans women and men are biologically no different than their cis counterparts.

I want to start by saying I don’t have a horse in the race, I’m not a competing athlete (anymore) and honestly believe sports should be accessible to anyone but, I have seen “reports” (who knows how accurate) of trans women wiping the floor with cis women athletes. Like the D1 swimmer. Or, Natalie Ryan(who’s a disc golfer which is my niche). Are these largely outliers?

I honestly don’t know enough about biology to know how the human body reacts to those treatments. If you’re correct, that’s awesome! While it’s more inconclusive(at least as far as I’m aware) if you’re outclassing your competitors, you should have to play with your skill level. In terms of disc golf, there’s FPO(female professional open) and MPO(mixed professional open). If you don’t really have competition at FPO, you should have to play MPO.

Now, in my example, there are more layers because disc golf is a tiny sport, Natalie Ryan wins any small tournament she’s in, but when it comes to the big ones, she’s middle of the road. So, I’m not going to say she’s the prime example of “dominating a female field” and honestly, not sure there is one. So, you’re probably onto something.

  • It’s a good video. He also brings up the internet historian and another vlogger I’m not familiar with. Internet historian surprised me.

It’s rather blatant. Then rather than face the music, these people go to great lengths to deceive people about it. I think it would help their reputation at this point if they came out, accepted, then never plagiarize again. But, who knows. Some of them have entire careers on it.

Also, illuminaughtii just chased trends till something caught on. I thought her content was good until it came out that she stole most/all her content either from other people, or, from her own writers lol she’s known for being a piece of shit and not paying her staff as well, so I’m not entirely surprised she doesn’t have good staff pointing out the obvious plagiarism.

  • Given the number of aircraft that I’ve seen crashing, across the Azov sea. I would say they’re operating next to no aircraft in range of ATACMS. I’m not totally sure they have much of an air presence these days…? I can’t say I’ve kept hugely up to date, but, the only times I hear about the Russian Air Force now, they’re crashing into their own apartment buildings or blowing up dissenting officials in transit.

As a garage door tech, I have too many questions.

Such as, where is that spring line? Where is the rest of the tracking? Who installed that motor, and why? It looks like it was installed in the last handful of years. It’s also installed in a helluva way, but, given the headroom, I can excuse it, but, without tracking or a spring line, that motor isn’t doing shit… so why is it there? Wtf is going on here?! This is causing a crisis.

So, it turns out, (as someone pointed out) it’s a one piece garage door, I don’t see these where I live due to snow. So, it likely actually works, crisis kinda averted.
