Desu there are a few fediverse “trueisms” that disagree with but like most forums, it’s kind of a public bathroom wall. I don’t really take it personally when someone(s) disagree with me, it could be a literal child for all I know.

Well yeah, that’s what I’m getting at. Whether or not most self-described libertarians are actually libertarians (most arent) isnt really relevant. Libertarianism, as an idealogy, is fundamentally opposed to fascism, as an idealogy, definitionally so. It’s only by FPTP, majority rule, etc. that finds those two groups voting for the same platform instead of being confident enough to run their own parties. (See also: outspoken communist ideologues earnestly supporting the DNC because they know their vote will never be represented otherwise.)
