minus-squaresmort@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·1 year agoI quit real cigarettes like a decade ago by using vapes I quit vapes about 7 years ago by using nicotine gum I’ve gotten down to 2mg gum, the lowest they make, but just can’t stop that. At least nicotine by itself isn’t that harmful.
