Australian label Imprint Films has informed us that it will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Wolfgang Petersen’s The NeverEnding Story (1984) with a five-disc 4K Blu-ray/Blu-ray combo pack, which is scheduled to arrive on the market on November 27th.

      1. I’m sorry your parents never took you to art museums

      It’ll probably more like plaster. 4k isn’t always better. There are some low-budget effects things that aren’t improved.

      I bet even comparing your old VHS that awoke your youth compared to the 2k Blu-ray, the new copy would be a lot less ‘interesting’ to look at.

      I just hope the 4k is transferred well but also doesn’t let us see every seam in the costume and flake in the makeup

        Oh ya museums were days away if you were traveling from where I grew up unfortunately. Still learned about in nature and stuff along those lines. I wouldnt say awoken but was interesting to see lol. We will see how the 4k goes for this one and how much AI they used to smooth the image. I don’t know how the original was shot for film but hopefully it’s good. The scenes with plaster and costumes might be a bit risky though.

        But we all shall see. I like the art on the case and sometimes that’s all it takes for me to buy something… I have alot of media 😃

        I would read books and watch documentary as a young child when learning about the world.
