Japanese Plum Sake/Wine. Recently discovered this and it’s one of my favorite alcoholic drinks right now, it’s so god damn good!
What would you compare it to tastewise + nonalcoholic? Like rice or something more fermented?
Closest is sweet wine I guess. Not sure what nonalcoholic I could compare it to.

In my country alcohol is strictly only allowed to be sold through wine monopolies. Drinks under 4,6% can be sold through some stores however.
