    Breakfast: 1.5 porkchops, 4 oatmeal choc chip cookies, 1 peach, 1 apple, Frosted Flakes

    Lunch: pulled pork, baked beans, cole slaw

    Tea time: toast with butter, tea with oat milk, tortilla chips

    My diet has been awful lately.
