This is nonsense. Yes, we got here, because many people didn’t vote, but protesting, boycotting, resisting is what’s left of we want to keep democracy.
There’s nothing to vote right now, and likely elections in 2026 and 2028 won’t be democratic elections if this admin isn’t stopped.
You are correct. AND, I know many people who didn’t vote, either out of protest or inertia and now are full of civic engagement. If only they found the enthusiasm 6 months ago, we would not be in this situation

In fact, I would wager that activists are one of the demographics with the highest voter turnout. Additionally, protests can actually help increase voter turnout by raising awareness of key issues.
