This looks thorough but it frames it oddly. “The rise of China caused it” isn’t factual. The US corporation’s desire to outsource labor to cheaper markets was going to happen regardless if China or India or anyone else were on the stage. The reality is we could’ve did a better job of partnering labor with any other country to help lift them economically, while also standing by our own labor. But our colonizing politicians chose to not do that. The blame frame of this piece is dogmatic for no reason.
