There is also LumaFusion for iOS under Pr which is mostly a one time purchase.
OpenShot is alright for video too. Also, honestly, I use GIMP for painting at this point more than photo editing.
Maybe that’s just my view, but I feel like you could add Blender to a lot of those Boxes.
