    Years ago I was in rough shape. Just generally out of shape. I made a small change, it was using common sense. There are things that are fine in moderation, and we all know that. So, I one morning I just decided that I didn’t need most of the bad stuff. I went from multiple soft drinks per day to none. I stopped coffee for a bit. And I decided on going to bed at the same time every night. Poof…6 weeks later I felt 10 years younger. I am pretty sure the sleep aspect was what did it. Go to bed, get 8 to 9 hours sleep.
