I keep seeing repros on places like Etsy or eBay, i was wondering how those are they legal? can anyone sell repros? like what is the deal with them, do you need a license?

Sounds like that would be especially illegal.
If copying something to share for free is illegal then copying it for profit is definitely illegal and probably immoral.
that is good to know, i wonder how people even get away with it… or if there are safer alternatives?
