We are the descendents of the calories you couldn’t burn (are you gonna finish those fries?)
I mean… they can be good thing on occassion. my go to for dehydration (if I’m traveling) is a large fries and a large ice water. Nutrients, salt, fluids. Hard to beat IMO.
