Remember when he would get a lot of flack because he kept making “jokes” to his employees when he was the CEO of ‘your fired’… like how tone deaf can you be. Then films them, putting them on the spot “Hey, you know it’s a joke right RIGHT EMPOLOYEE, TELL THE PEOPLE YOU ARE SAFE!!!”. At least on camera he stopped, but what a fucking toxic boss to have.
He’ll spend how much money on his house, on his toys, for personal investments… but oh no a few hundred bucks to do a review proper is just out of question. Tells you about his priorities.
Remember all the times, people in various IT industries tried leaving helpful comments on what Linus was doing wrong, and he’d make videos about how “they got this” only to make videos months later how the setup was actually janky and needed to be fixed.
Remember when they did a bit on some scam tech, got called out on it by an actual Ph.D scientist and then got defensive! Fun fact, that happened more than once. How dare a scientist call us out! But they act like they’re constantly the underdog “calling out” other companies…

Linus was in tech sales and was a PC enthusiast. He and by extent a large part of LTT flat out ignore people who have actually worked in the tech space for decades. Most of them are just enthusiast with a few people that seem to know what they’re doing.
