minus-squarerDrDr@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up1·edit-21 year agoAt Costco the ground wagyu is cheaper than the regular ground beef. I use it in cooking rice dishes and the fat does give it a nicer flavor. Also appreciate that wagyu is sold in 1lb packs vs. 1.33 lbs for the Kirkland brand.
