They are getting refueled at sea with US sourced tankers. Only base they can use is 3000km away in Diego Garcia. Those refueling ships should have had supplies as well, but if Hegseth hides that Oman supplies access is cutoff, the ones loading ships in US don’t know they have to include supplies.
