Thirteen years ago, New York City detective Julie Miller ended the terror reign of satanic serial killer Father Sunday. The case made her a hero, and she has thrown herself into her work ever since. Now a new killer scrawls her name in an altar boy’s blood on the walls of a church crypt, dragging her back into the darkness she believed she had buried with him.

I dunno. I sense diminishing returns with Flanagan these days.
Carrie was a genuine disappointment; a handful of interesting ideas padded out over too many episodes with an atrociously unwelcome plot element that expands the story into an ongoing series.
Life of Chuck gave me some hope, but I feel like no one saw it. Maybe he’s in the same IP flytrap as Denis Villeneuve – if he’s being forced to work with old IP, he at least gets to pick which one.
