A bonus can be anything. Doesn’t necessarily have to be tied to your performance. It’s called a discretionary bonus

Very pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this. Had very low expectations considering that it’s probably going to be irrelevant to the new DCU, but it’s refreshing seeing a normal superhero film with very little references to a tie-in universe
