I bought a 5 piece set of these at Costco a few weeks ago and they are amazing.

Best: when not on a call I have minimal supervision and can do virtually whatever I want. I do good work and have legitimately saved 3 or so lives in the past month in my new position.

But to add to the irony, a roof is designed to keep water out of the house, as that is it’s primary job. If you have asthma don’t fuck around with inhalants. I’m a paramedic and I’ve seen too many people lately with asthma not responding to their daily inhaler (advair,breo,etc…) plus their nebulizer at home with Albuterol and ipratropium. Last shift I had two people who were dying from asthma exacerbations at home, one I managed to reverse with what I have and she left the ER 8 hours later and the other I prevented an intubation and he still went to the ICU. There’s too many irritants in the air for you to add more to yourself. Stick to edibles.

Used to see these people with multiple prescriptions for Percocets. They would use one for themselves and sell all the rest as individual pills to pay for treatment.

I ended up hating the books by the end. It felt like no one was keeping Weber’s need to info dump in check. He also let his tendency to write bad guys with no redeeming qualities get out of hand. It felt like a complete drag at the end as when the political situation escalated the tech gap meant that there wasn’t as much risk for Manticore.

Working a second overtime 24 hour shift for my second 48 on 24 off in a row. I’m fairly tired and going to take a nap. I don’t get home until 6pm tomorrow since I go right to class from work, then have to turn around immediately to go back to work at 4 am.

That’s probably the price for land with sewer and water connections. There will be a new build there soon.
