I’ve seen concerns in comment sections in videos on other channels when he comes up in clips and seen a single video addressing some concerns about his direction, but nothing major to my knowledge.

Same, it was really a disappointment to see his descent. Though as I have later learned, he always spouted a lot of nonsense while acting confident, so he didn’t start out very well either.
Watching a lot of sellsword arts, blumineck and others now instead, though it doesn’t fill exactly the same niche.

I’ve been so disappointed in the direction he has taken his channel. Rogan vibes is such a good way of putting it.

Conscription is just being extended to women the way men have been conscripted for centuries. Usually quite few are actually conscripted as volunteers fill most of the needed positions. The conscription is to my understanding mostly about having a sizable part of the population already trained in a worst case of invasion. This is not really a change in that sense, it has been a gender equality discussion for at least a decade or two. The conscription period is being extended as well, which is probably a result of increased risk posed by Russia, the lack of confidence in the US. Conscripts are however not sent to any frontline so to speak. Of course if an enemy army were to attack a European and or NATO country in what would look like a new world war, that would change, but at that point we are all in a pretty bad spot either way.

It’s for educational use, but myresnak is a programming language entirely in danish ;)

One major problem is the way this administration is trying to end a constitutional law. If it works for one amendment it should logically also work for others. Freedom of speech? Well if Trump likes it you can have it. A right to bear arms? Well as long as you are not against Trump sure. The law becomes meaningless at that point. If the administration was serious about ending birthright citizenship, they would go through the process of a new constitutional amendment, not try to seize the power to override the constitution.

I stumbled upon her channel a few months ago and she has kept me updated and informed on all the legal battles, upcoming, in progress, won and lost. She is a communicator and I’m really happy to see her getting a chance to use her expertise as a witness for the hearing.
In danish a hippo is called a “flodhest”, also meaning river horse.

The difference is that Israel continues to terrorize people until they are forced out of their homes or simply just demolish them so that Israelis can move in tomorrow, in a year, in a decade and so on. If I throw you out tomorrow, would it be bad of you to say “don’t throw me out”? What about the day after? What about in a year? What about when it happe again a few years later? Is it too late to complain about the first time by then? Palestinians are being ethnically cleansed in areas they have lived in for generations, that is still happening. That is the main thing Palestinians asks for to stop.

Where have they done that? I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you mean in a comment elsewhere. If you did mean their comment above, how do you suppose you are against a genocide if any opposition is equivalent to wanting a counter genocide?

Marked as offtopic as well xD

Others have already provided links to the GitHub issue detailing this bug and a Microsift employee confirming this indeed seems to be a micrsoft error although another team than the terminal one as it also affects multiple other programs such as the screengrab tool and notepad.

There has been leaks that US intelligence are making moves to influence the greenlandic people using intelligence gathering to find pro secession and US elements in greenland. Any talk of the possibility of greenland joining the US as a real possibility only legitimizes an eventual takeover. Greenland has made it clear that they are not interested and that such talk is an insult and a threat to their sovereignty and self governance, current and future. I don’t think you mean to promote Trumps talking points, so this is just meant to let you know that it indirectly does.
That’s so disappointing to hear. But I guess it is on brand at this point to turn out that way unfortunately.
Last I heard, the replacement was way better if only because the bar was so low, what have I missed? Is it someone other than the temporary replacement or is the temporary replacement bad for reasons I may not have heard of? Genuine question because I haven’t heard anything about in a while.
That was a great breakdown, watched it earlier today. I didn’t expect much but honestly if I’d been told it was a Reddit comment instead of a psychology essay, I would have believed it without question.

The fact that there were confusion of which instance of flashbanging an infant says it all. That this didn’t lead to a many year long sentence or any consequences at all really is just sickening.

I can’t tell if this is a hypothetical or a story I missed.
Edit: to be clear it is the baby flashbang I’m referring to.

Which might backfire if we are lucky. One of the ways gerrymandering works is by diluting the votes, spreading them into many other areas where they don’t make a large enough fraction to matter. The more gerrymandering happens this way, the slimmer the margins are for holding the seats. If these actions galvanizes the gerrymandered voters to turn out in unexpectedly large numbers, or turns enough fence sitters against them, the gerrymandering will lead to many seats flipping instead of only the few it would have been without the gerrymandering. I don’t find it likely to happen, but I’m not ruling it out either.
I’ll have to check them out, thanks for the suggestion
