Weird. This occurred for me for about two weeks then vanished itself.

Support eventually got back to me but by then it was working again.

Their suggestion below if someone encounters the same again:

    • Launch the application
    • Click the “Help” category from the menu
    • Click “Clear application data” and submit
    • Restart your system

Afterward, launch the application again and let us know if the issues persist.

If issue persists, please try to perform a clean reinstall. In order to do that:

    • Navigate to macOS System preferences -> Network -> select the Proton VPN profile and then click on the “-” minus sign to remove it
    • Download the uninstaller: https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/
    • Install and open it
    • Find the Proton VPN application on your device
    • Drag and drop the Proton VPN application to the app cleaner
    • Once it is deleted, clear your trash bin
    • Download the latest Proton VPN application version through the following link: https://protonvpn.com/download-macos

  • As Johandea wrote it it’s a temporary “work around” that has been put in place during the time the case will be decided upon. The workers in question (union members within the postal services, and all others) are still on strike.

I have a hard time seeing that they will ever win over the unions in court and that the court will deem the strike illegal and force unions that are on strike to revoke it.

As said, (sorry but I miss wrote “protest”) the right to strike is defended by law.

Wow, good luck with trying to apply US tactics in Swedish society.

Suing will not get you anywhere except ridiculed.

The right to protest is protected by the equivalent of constitutional law.

But then on the other hand, you have “granted” yourself a “carte blanche” to exit the Swedish market afterwards.

“We did everything we could, we even sued the state but to no avail”
