I would say a quiche /ˈkiːʃ/ requires eggs whereas a tart doesn’t (necessarily), and I have no idea what a key-tch-zah is, we don’t have them in the UK. A quiche is a type of tart though, yes.

That’s fine for installing patches to the same version, and updates to some major software, but you won’t receive all the new features, and since versions are only supported for 13-months you’ll stop receiving updates by then.
