That’s totally valid as well. I’m cool with paying for those options, I realize they use more data. I paid for it because I needed the screens anyways. However, up sizing the budget package is a total dick move.

Well, we all had a good thing going. We were happy with our subscription, and they could ride that golden goose into the sunset. The worst thing you can do with a subscription service is remind people that they are paying every month. As usual, greed took over. Prices keep going up, content/features keep going down, and shows are “presented ad free, after this ad.”

Furthermore, why in the hell is 4k still a premium these days? It’s been available for more than a decade. I will absolutely cancel a service for low quality video and lack of surround sound.

Don’t have TikTok, and despise that short form has taken over YouTube. It should be a separate app/space/whatever.

I still interact with TikTok links family and friends send me, and I fucking despise that. Close the “use the app” overlay, punch in the “I’m not a robot” code, turn on the volume (since when is muted the default video state, outside of porn?), and then loathe the fact that I just missed 60 percent of a glorified gif that I can’t rewind, and won’t repeat without pushing the app on me.

Nope, I’ve seen enough of their business practices and intent just from that interaction. It leaves me with no desire to sign up.

Let all full time jobs pay good enough. Want skilled labor? Better give incentive to take that responsibility, or we will all work high school level jobs. It’s about goddamn time the tables were turned. I’m tired of hearing “you’re fortunate to have this job.” No, you’re fortunate to make a killing off of us.

Not saying I agree with the number, but I wholeheartedly agree with the message.
