You can try Yoga Nidra. A form of yoga used to get deep relaxation. It is said that 45 minutes of Nidra equals a 3 hour peaceful sleep. You can find info al over internet. I found this website particularly useful. I use especially the bodyscan and breathing techniques to calm my mind and fall asleep again.
4 days in a row about 40 kilometer (about 25 miles) during ‘De Nijmeegse 4-daagse’ a big walking event in the Netherlands. It was fun! Lots of spectators along the way making a it one big party.
Ohh I already love chewing furniture. But my humom and -dad are very strict. Unfortunately for me they are very alert and tell me time and time again I’m not allowed to do that. That I have to use chew sticks and antler instead.

That’s still the case all over the EU since rules for driving licenses are more or less the same all over the EU. Even the licenses look the same except maybe some minor details
Just started Empire of Storms (book 5 of Throne of Glass) by Sarah J Maas. Curious to what it will bring.
They are indeed for teenagers, but I first read them in my early 40’s and still loved them. The books are full of Greek and Roman history and myths which I love too. I’ve read them twice now :)
