Its infuriating how much time and money they are spending to oppress less than 1% of the population!!!
For a group that keeps screetching about freedom they sure do hate it.

Yup, this is exactly what freedom looks like… 🙄
Good!
Sounds like it might even have a small impact on housing supply.
Well said! I wish I could give you more than one upvote!
I hear you. It does make the software easier to use, but I also wish there was more control over when it was actually running. I usually just shut down the background process entirely until I want it running again, but it’s a manual process.
I’ve been wondering if something like Tasker would help but I’ve never looked into it.
There’s a “Trusted Networks” setting to limit autodiscovery to certain networks. I don’t think it’ll completely disable the software, but it should prevent your phone from being visible to others.
Don’t be biased except for these biases.
The economy doesn’t work for us. We work for the economy.
I’m curious about this too. I also bought the coffee sock to try and reduce waste. I took the advice of the fellow at the shop to keep it in water between use and boil it once per week. My water consumption was way up and I still couldn’t keep it clean. The first few cups were fantastic but eventually the flavour of old oils comes through and I haven’t found a way to get rid of it.
Now I just use paper that gets tossed into the compost. Maybe this is more environmentally friendly?
In a statement, Conservative housing critic Scott Aitchison panned Tuesday’s announcement as another “photo-op” that won’t get the homes Canadians need built.
I don’t know if Trudeau’s plan is any good, but what the fuck is the Con’s plan? More unregulated free market trickle down bullshit?
Higher pay!? The horror!!
I haven’t heard of a new competition act. Is that a thing?
This article is a lot better than I expected, since it’s not blaming us regular people for not working hard enough.
Rogers pointed to a lack of competition across Canada’s industries as not driving companies to invest.
Canada is also “too often” failing to make proper use of skilled newcomers joining the labour pool, she said, which has major implications for productivity rates.
Lol, after both steal every image on the internet.
No wonder the images look similar.
I’m curious what you use it for. I use Ivy and it had good fuzzy matching.
I’ve come to the conclusion that the UCP is just adversarial to anyone who’s not them.
Just wait till someone leaks the freaky shit he’s into.
Taking your data to flavortown!
In this context the use of “they” is just proper English though. I can’t fault someone who speaks a gendered language from using gendered pronouns as is proper in that language, but the use of “they” in English is correct and hardly political or exclusive. Every language is going to have rules that may be strange to non-native speakers, but any “confusion” is easily remedied by explaining that’s just how the language works. I find that’s also part of the fun of learning another language. I especially love trying to mix the rules of one language into another to see how silly it sounds. :)
