I love that Trump has no ability to do any critical thinking, and thinks of everything as very literal now. I also agree that journalists should not be spinning Trump’s word salad, that makes zero sense, by calling them “poetic” and then trying to explain what the hell he is maybe trying to say. He is running to the President of the US, if he can’t explain how he wants to use plumbing to divert water from the Columbia river to Socal he should be asked about that over and over until he can articulate that. Journalists doing the heavy lifting of making real ideas out of Trump’s babble should be looked down upon. Instead they continue to “both sides” anything left of the far-right.

I think the idea behind getting rid of it with Project 2025 is the hard anti-climate change denial stance they want to push. And they think if we can’t track the weather somehow nobody will notice that the weather events are increasing in intensity and occurrence rate.

HR is designed and there to protect the company from employees, they are not really your friend any more than the corporation is your friend. They can be friendly, yes, in the same way you can work for a place that “takes care of it’s workers”, but they serve the business NOT you. I mean the name really breaks it down, Human Resources. They are there to manage the humans for the business just like any other commodity. They are also sometimes called Human Capital Management (HCM), and have a focus on training/education and extracting the most value from each employee.

Gimmick in the sense that your party leader used his opportunity to stack the Supreme Court with “Justices” that overturned almost 5 decades of precedent based on “because we wanted to”. Maybe stop using the system to push wildly unpopular policies on the majority of Americans if you don’t want people to vote against them.

His sole purpose for running is to stay out of prison, and with his stacked Supreme Court he knew they would disregard the constitution to help out the guy responsible for their lifetime appointment. It’s why he announced his running so early as well, he knew he was about to be indicted for some of his crimes, so he announced so he can play the “election interference” card again.

Sorry, I read that as not believing in the report itself, as many believe the Trump/Barr version of the report, stating the opposite of what Mueller actually wrote.

As for this guy, I kinda remember him and noticing he was a bit … out there. However, his billboards get under Trump’s skin and that’s fine by me. And I would imagine if you ran a PAC you would take a salary from it, and it looks like besides a $100 donation to a Maryland Dem none of that PAC money is actually going into politician coffers either. Way too many of these PACs and SuperPACs dumping millions of dollars into local/state elections to swing votes.

So, all these people went to this assholes house and listened to him brag about killing a dog with a shovel and never thought to mention it to the police (even anonymously)? I would say that makes them compliant complicit, and no better than him.
