I had quite the opposite experience in the alps, we have hiked within meters cows because the heard was laying and standing on the path. I have never seen very young calves or bulls on the mountains.

While that works for “news agencies” it’s a free money glitch when used in a customer support role for the consumer.
Edit: clarification
It’s designed to stay on roads.
Those roads are natural choke points where bombs are often hidden on the ground, which results in a high and heavy design.
Aviation, Health, Space and Car industry have only 3 certified languages that they use. Ada, C and C++.
Rust is automotive certified since over half a year. https://ferrous-systems.com/blog/officially-qualified-ferrocene
Go speak Lojban with people numbering “beyond what can be counted on the fingers of one hand”.
The system works great all year round but what it delivers is not electricity…
The absence of coincidence
Look up the strong law of small numbers.
Also, one of their examples of AI was an exhaustive search.
Can’t have a more sketchy link that a unsecured connection to a raw IP address on another continent.
[…] would someone like monkeymant59h@icloud.com really be dishonest?
Iphone users can never be evil, I have learned that from watching films.
The spec is open source, particular implementation are typically under patent/copyright protection.
Not that they can be enforced effectively, unless the chips are exported into the US.
I don’t know, but you can check individual instances by going to the /instances
subdomain and searching for threads.
shjw and blahaj are defederated, world isn’t.
This can always change, but I have confidence in my admins.

If only there was another way. Like trucks.
But Israel wouldn’t want an efficient way to feed Palestinians, it gets in the way of them dieing
Even if it made mining more efficient, Bitcoin would just increase difficulty to compensate.
Bitcoin is a system adverse to efficacy.
What does defederation imply? Feeds aren’t aggregated, or users are not allowed from the other instance?
Iirc no activity from one instance is available on the other. No posts in their communities, no posts/comments from their users.
Also one other major question. I thought lemmy was its own thing, but I guess it’s part of the Fediverse? The Fediverse is just a set of protocols? What is lemmy then?
The fediverse is a group of social media platforms that use the active pub protocol to pass along user interactions between instances (servers run by different people).
Lemmy is the reddit of the fediverse, meaning posts in communities and comment in a trees structure.
Kbin is also the reddit of the fediverse, but with some less features (manly on the moderation side). Because they both use active pub in a reddit style they can easily interoperate.
Mastodon is the twitter of the fediverse meaning their content (mircoblogging) doesn’t fit the lemmy format but you will only sometimes see some posts like ‘If you can read this I have managed to post from mastodon to lemmy’.
I think we used that exact image to learn photo manipulation in school.
Yes, I just wanted to expand on some details.
The people who would actually launch the missiles would be the same people who told Putin that the Ukraine invasion would be a walk over.
They where told it wasn’t going to happen, just some postering before going back to normal. They said ‘yes, we could theoretically walk over Ukraine’ believing they wouldn’t have to follow up on that.
They know dam well there is no theoretically winning a nuclear exchange, meaning they won’t tell their superiors they can do it and no superiors that would believe them if they did.
Americans will never understand tax brackets.
Take your xenophobia back to reddit.
Well, apart from the free movement of people and goods, the common currency, the gdpr, the international students and the consumer protection what has the EU ever done for us?
Brought peace.
Uh peace, shut up.
