Vyvanse has been the smoothest experience with the least side effects for me.

Adderall XR made me crash pretty regularly. It also caused a lot of stomach problems for me. I was on it many years before Vyvanse was available to me.

There is no one drug that is “better”. It’s very dependent on your own brain and how it tolerates them. It’s not uncommon to have to try a few different stims before you fnd the one day works best for you individually.

Some people can’t tolerate stimulants at all and have to try the non-stims.

There are even some who are on both stim and non-stim at the same time.

Or you could backup all you data somewhere accessible over a secure connection, wipe your phone before go anywhere, and restore the data once out of the country. You would need to do the same before coming back. Backup, wipe, travel, restore.

Consumes a lot of time (and data) which probably isn’t worth it for short trips where your mobile data is costing you. But if you’ll be gone a while and will have access to an unmetered network connection, it’s feasible.

It accomplishes the same thing as wiping your phone at customs, but planned and executed in-advance instead of panic-wiping it in front of them. 🤷

I feel the strong discomfort with popular things and and almost compulsive need to avoid them, but I’ve never felt i was missing anything.

It can be frustrating to run into so few people who understand my taste / break free of conformity, but that’s their failing, not mine. 🙃

It goes as high as 80mg I think, so you are being started out at a very low dose. possibly even a lower than equivalent dose to your adderall, it seems a bit low at 10mg. Not sure what your doctor’s reasons were.

It lasts up to 12 hours and takes a couple hours to get up to speed but then it’s an even/consistent release for much of the dose. It doesn’t “peak” the way Adderall does.

naw without that they would need location tracking to not be protected. but as long as alternative ways to track location exists then sure, let them believe they aren’t being tracked. its good publicity.

GrapheneOS devs have a very “I will tell you what to like, and you will like it!” attitude, which results in UI and navigation choices that bug the crap out of me.
