You can freeze bread. Put it in the toaster when you need it.

You can chop up and freeze most veg, this is a great alternative to letting it go bad because you didn’t get around to using it. Bell peppers, for example, freeze well.

You can freeze tofu.

You can cook entire meals and freeze them.

Mise en place makes things soooo easy. When I meal prep I chop up all my veg on Saturday and stick it in the fridge, then cook on Sunday. Makes the whole process less overwhelming than doing everything in one sitting.

I wanna say get good gear for your hobbies, but most of us probably don’t need convincing to spend on what we love. I resisted buying a good set of gear for my main hobby for nearly two years, and I wish I’d done it sooner.
