Yeah that’s my point. It’s all very well Norway being able to produce vast amounts of electricity but how do you transfer that to Japan or Australia? You can’t, because there isn’t a global power distribution network. You can’t take electricity from any arbitrary point on the planet and deliver it to any other arbitrary point on the planet, and until we develop such an interconnected system, we’re going to have to need independent power generation systems, some of which won’t be renewable.

I’ve never er understood why the perfect society would build domes. It’s going to get way to hit in there.

There’s a wind farm near my house and I suppose they do make sound although the only time I was ever able to hear it was during the height of the lockdowns because there’s a massive highway between me and them and that’s definitely louder. They definitely don’t produce infrared sound though, but way too big and the blades move way too slowly.

Oh, so they have found a way to make Essex even worse.

No I understand that’s the objective but you have to engage with them on the platform they’ve chosen. If they want to argue that we need to save the children then they need to demonstrate an arguement along those lines.

As a parent myself I do sort of wonder why parents are incapable of dealing with their own children. They’re really stupid, it isn’t that hard.

But also my parents barely understood what the internet was, I turned out absolutely fine, I don’t feel the need to do anything particularly objectionable. Why can’t everyone just calm down?
