I’m afraid that’s not currently possible :/ It’s a shame and one of the few actual dealbreakers for me, preventing me from switching to Proton Calendar. One other thing preventing me to switch is the lack of widgets.

Don’t go for the conservative position. I chose the same path a year ago and - as others said - hate every second of work there. The higher salary is not worth the bad time you’ll likely have. This is only my personal experience but maybe it helps you avoid the same mistake I did.

In Firefox there is a Stack implementation that hasn’t been touched since the very beginning of the project. I bet there’s something like this in Word

I think functionality wise both are equally as good as each other, but I doubt M365 is any better privacy wise. In the end they will harvest your data anyway. Microsoft is no better than Google. Personally, I’d go with a Nextcloud which also comes with a free and open source replacement for Google Docs.
