And the thing for me is I genuinely don’t think anyone has ever been more blatantly these things. Like so obviously evil. Cartoonishly so.

I could never get certs working over locally served stuff, but Nginx Proxy Manager made the few things I publish to web fairly easy to get https working. I’m just commenting to come back later and read the answers myself… Let me know if you get it working over Lan!

Selfhosted@lemmy.world•Immich v2.5.0 - 90000 Stars Release, with Free Up Space, non-destructive editing, backup and restore on the web, visual refreshing, and moreeeee! 🎉English
2·6 days agoImmich is apparently not on not changing the original file. This was learnt by me when I used their storage template feature to rename all of my and my partner’s images when uploaded to our server to a single, unified, agreed upon structure. And then, when we made an album and downloaded that album, were confused to find out that the files were all the original filenames, not the new structure. A little bit annoying imho, but Immich is still great.
It is a strong contender, and I have quite a few PDL favourites.

18·7 days agoI switched to DDG recently for the first time ever, so I was effectively a new onboard for them. AI was in fact not opt-in, and I had to turn all of it off.
What did you mean by this?
That I love my partner very much.
And yet you decided to continue this thread by saying that you weren’t exaggerating.
In fact, I never said that.
Of course the %age I used was an exaggeration. Sorry, was this conversation being driven by the assumption that it wasn’t? I exaggerated to make my point.

Won’t be switching back to Windows any time soon.
