That depends on your place in the world.
You have to consider renting taxes, selling and buying tax/duties, bank interest rates, etc.
It gets more complex if you live in one country and own property in another.
2·1 month agoI would just point out that you still need to buy things under socialism, and prob communism at that. Shops still exist in Communist countries.
The main difference is the level of choice one gets, and that it’s likely not sold just for the sake of it, but because people actually need it.
It used to be the championship/football manager series, back in the day, but now it’s just Europa Universalis for me.

It also takes eyes off the Epstein files.
One side is really trying to start a civil war, you have to add.

Well, no one is paying shit for my uni thesis, and most others like it. University reports under PhD level are of absolutely no value. And even most PhD are not commercially viable.
So what you are saying is that Ai is good at getting a good grade in an exam, but that doesn’t mean it can commercially make a viable product.

Breaking the temp record by 6deg is completely normal.
My biggest concern with this is that it opens the door wide for China to attack Taiwan. No laws are left. I’m not Taiwanese or anything, but we all know how reliant the world economy is on both countries, and just the semiconductors issue is a major blow for the US economy, to which they cannot sit and watch.
If the US goes into that, it’s anyone’s game, and obv WW3. Russia can’t sit that out either, given their new status.
