3·3 months agoIt is. Skinner was appointed last February, and changed his party affiliation to Dem the day after his predecessor sheriff Penzone said he would quit.
FYI Sheriff Skinner is a DINO. There is a rule that says an appointed sheriff has to be the same party as the person they are replacing. Skinner changed parties so he would be eligible.
I just found an ad in a fortune cookie with my take-out last week.
