The last one I posted tracks all of the current anti-LGBT legislation that’s trying to pass into law. It’s not just physical or emotional violence trans and LGBT people face, it’s also people trying to enact laws that actively deny their rights as human beings. This isn’t exclusive to America either, I got results from all over the world during my search.

You may not be violent in your beliefs, but it doesn’t mean others aren’t.

This is what I’ve been mostly asking myself since I’ve heard the homicide ruling. Forcillo has already been tried, convicted, and served his time. I have the most basic understanding of our laws, but he can’t be recharged for the same crime? However, could the family sue him in, like, civil court or something, based on this new ruling?

My fiance does this when I’m watching TV and used to get a little offended that I would pause the TV. Then I explained to them that I can’t focus when you’re speaking, so I pause the TV to listen to you and give you my attention. I guess he thought I was annoyed he was interrupting when I would pause it, that is not the case at all. What he says is more important than anything on the telly

Perhaps you are feeling guilt or shame about that period of your life. Accepting it as such, forgiving yourself and truly embracing how far you’ve come since then may help alleviate some anxiety you have.
