I updated my bios at some point and it turned on the TPM again, be careful! When I got an update window and quite the shock, I added a group policy to block the update as a backup.

? I ripped out a whole bunch of stuff (like cortana) from W10 when winget became available. Best thing MS has done for windows in years
Lets abstract it a bit and turn it around: should every person immediately have on opinion on any subject or statement as soon as they learn about it? Even if they know absolutely nothing about it, or worse only know falsehoods?
If you think no, then people indeed do not need to have an opinion on something.
