Long-term direct care for humans at any stage of life in the US (that aren’t of extreme wealth) is both obscenely expensive and yet woefully inadequate. I work in brain and spinal rehab AFCs and we’re far worse than most average nursing homes.

Not with the lack of high speed rail and cost effective public commuter infrastructure in the US. But we’ve got that freedom stuff, or so I hear.

Her last year has essentially been just throwing darts at a board and riding her time out. Allowing Altman to even enter this state pretty much sums up her current level of give a s***.

It was one of those situations where the bike was way too small for me. Lol. Head-over-handrails.

I did this on a BMX with the standard pedal brakes. Went face first onto the blacktop. Meat crayon status. Would not recommend.
