3·6 months agoI think I know what it is now. It’s the vocal melodies. It might be certain intervals and scales that he reuses over and over again.
Thanks for the suggestions. The songs you posted kind of back my claim. Don’t get me wrong, I like individual songs like 21st Century Digital Boy, Punkrock Song or No Control. But when it comes to listening to a whole album it’s too much of the same for me.
But “Into the Unknown” is crazy. I didn’t know they had an album that sounded completely different and each song is different. They seem to hide it well, it’s not on Qobuz, Deezer nor Spotify. I found a podcast about it, listening to it now.

1·6 months agoIst sehr gemischt. Kleine Artists fehlen teilweise komplett. Bei mittleren oder großen fehlt meist ein spezifisches Album.
Ich bin zuversichtlich dass ich die kleinen dazu bewegen kann, ihre Musik auch auf Qobuz zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das ist bei Distributoren wie Distrokid oder Emubands oft nur ein Klick und dann wird das automatisiert hochgeladen.
Mir fehlen leider ca. 40 Alben und teilweise auch gesamte Artists. Hab schon ein paar Labels und Musikschaffende angeschrieben und darauf hingewiesen. Bisher nur dankbare Rückmeldungen, dass sie es selbst nicht wussten und sich das anschauen.
Den offiziellen Weg fehlende Inhalte direkt an Qobuz zu melden hab ich auch schon mehrfach genutzt. Davon verspreche ich mir aber nicht so viel, da kommt bestimmt eine Menge an.
