Sure Biden could murder him if given immunity but just seizing every single piece of Trump’s American property with no recourse would be funnier because they wouldn’t pay him even a fraction of what it’s actually worth let alone what he says it is. The family probably wouldn’t even be actually paid until after his grandkids die too
That could be stalled in court for years. Extra-judicial killing of a US citizen already happened under Obama without consequences, so there is precedent.
