She’d want to get the full effect, which would be doing it at the DNC. Even her statement might get lost if it’s right before. Plus, let Trump and the rest keep saying more stuff the days before and digging the hole deeper, it will give more to work with.
I doubt she’ll be at the DNC. It won’t even be very useful if she does. I don’t know how many fans are even interested in politics, let alone watch the DNC.
