This isn’t a lamf moment. Ford is certainly conservative and a terrible person in many ways but Canadian conservatives are strongly in favor of free trade.
This actually might be one of the better responses I’ve seen because the US is highly energy dependent on Canada (especially Quebec).

The way things are going, we are going to be at war with fucking Canada, even. Between Canada and Mexico, it’s a constant toss-up as to who we get along with better and are bigger trading partners with (but we have pretty good relations with both and trade a lot with both), but leave it to donvict and his merry band of dumbasses to fuck all that up.
