Just watched this blind (haha) after seeing the two stars on the poster on Netflix as I was scrolling.
It was pretty fun! Not a cinematic masterpiece but enjoyable. Rated R for a few instances of breasts, an erection bulge, and lots of bad language.
I had a good time. I understand it wasn’t a big success, and was the third of four movies they made together.
Wilder and Pryor are quite funny, often in an immature way. The female leads Joan Severance and Kirsten Childs do a great job, and Kevin Spacey plays a bad guy well.
Anybody else seen this?

Great movie for some laughs. Those two are a solid comedy team. Stir Crazy and Silver Streak are others to check out if this type of humor is your thing.
It’s been a long while and you’ve reminded me that I need to have a rewatch.
As a kid I used to love and watch over and over again two other Pryor/Wilder movies, Silver Streak and especially Stir Crazy (we didn’t have much on VHS back then).
But by the time this came out, I wasn’t very interested and have still never seen it. I should but so many other movies are higher up on my watch list.
Man I haven’t thought about this movie since I saw it on TV as a teenager! It’s definitely a fun little romp, not as well known as their other work together, but still good stuff.
Also I completely forgot Kevin Spacey was it in it.
