    Yeah that’s why I don’t think this is going to happen.

    If IRGC picks someone they’ll be a continuation of the old regime.

    If the US picks someone they’ll be a sycophantic extremist.

    If the Iranian people pick someone theyn the IRGC will say they’re a US puppet, and the US will say they’re an IRGC puppet and try to assassinate them.
