Quebec has a strong right wing extreme current. Not quite like the US, they are different, being french and all.
« Strong », as strong as the Canadian one. SPVM are cops in the second biggest city in the country they’re bound to be full of shit and racism.
Matter of fact, I can’t think of a single big city without a nazi-ish police force in the west.
Not any big cities outside the west that have good police forces either. I wonder why that is.
