    For some reason at first glance I thought it was strawberries and cream on top and I was very, very confused.

    Looks amazing though!

    Looks good.

    One thing I’ve been doing for a while now is buying expired salad / mayo dressings from the store’s bargain dept, then adding some ghost pepper sauce to make an intermediate creamy hot sauce. Cost is really low, the sauce is yummy, and a bottle of ghost pepper sauce lasts half a year or more.

    Using the ghost pepper sauce directly is always risky, since it’s so concentrated.
