      I think that doesn’t really work like that here, since we don’t have fake dopamine flakes (a.k.a karma).

        We… “kind of” do, actually. It’s my 1 month in and I already got massive downvoted twice by some random with multiple accounts, heh.

          I mean does that have an effect? I saw some comments with negative votes but they were not hidden, like on Reddit. (downvoting with multiple accounts is low btw.)

            Account-wise? No.

            But simpletons find it amusing and/or a way to “measure” how “good” is a thread. Then again, “(any sort of negative behavior) is the best form of flattery”, so eh… its all good.
