I just smashed a bowl of eggplant curry and coconut rice

I bought some fancy gnocci. Slop on a bit of amatriciana goodness and all will be well

Made a curry. Chickpeas and sweet potato mostly

Pub meal in Ballarat.

Capsicum, bok choy and oyster mushrooms stir-fried with garlic, ginger, oyster sauce and soy. On rice

I was just using up what I had.

Bacon, a carrot, the tail of a bag of frozen peas and corn, various colours of capsicum because I’ve always got a tub of misc diced capsicum in my fridge. Garlic, soy sauce and finished with a splash of sesame oil.

It worked well

I made some fried rice and remembered I had gyoza in the freezer
