Home version of loaded subdogs.
That is an impressive loaf of bread!
On toast under a poached egg is the way to go.
We tried the honey beef bite things from Coles. I don’t usually buy things like that but it wasn’t bad.
Had a beef casserole bubbling away in the slow cooker. For a Facebook recipe it’s pretty bloody good.
Bakery localish to me does a cheese and bacon loaf. The cheese and bacon is folded into the loaf before they bake it. Thick slices fried in butter is the reason I had to get my gallbladder removed some years ago.
Had a busy day off planned, so I chucked a half leg of lamb in the slow cooker early on. It’s been put in wraps with some salad, feta and garlic sauce and I got fancy and made my own gravy for some mini roast veg on the side.

Oh yum!
